TDA offers fully insured DHMO dental insurance plans that provide members with instant access to all plan. Services must be received from one of our in-network providers: over 1,600 in Utah and over 3,200 in Arizona. Benefits include no deductibles, no waiting periods and no annual or lifetime maximums.
